This is a very useful article. Every body should read this before paying for hosting. Like nasaboy, me or any other person. Really great.

Those who do not have enough time but have domains can use the web builder and create websites quickly. I think it's better than parking a domain name, isn't it?

I'm sure I did not read that you are encouraging people to go copy somebody else's content for their own site?
In theory, these steps are helpful, but as a web developer, I'd like to suggest that the author come up with original content that sets them apart from the rest. I loathe researching an item only to find the same content regurgitated on multiple sites. It detracts from those sites' credibility.
Also, it's helpful to link to other industry-related sites; this aids in search engine crawlers linking yours to others.
Cheers! dc

Hi Dana, thanks for your suggestions. And no, I was in no way suggesting that anyone copy others content. I think the wording in my article may have come across that way - so I've re-worded that section.
Like I said, this isn't a fully comp guide - its just an outline, the steps are there just to give people an idea of whats required so that they don't get scared of development - besides this is all in relation to "domain parking vs quick sites" and not about fully developing a site.
Anyway, hope it helps some of you out. Let me know if you have questions, just post them here and I'll do my best to answer them.

Hi,
This was news to me. Never heard of 000webhost. Now that you described it so perfectly, I am definitely going to put one of my domains there and see how it works out. Then, I do have a basket :)
Thanks and regards, ItsSri

@ItsSri - you're welcome, let me know what you think of 000webhost's free webhosting service. I've used them for two sites in the past, both of which I ended up selling.
The only thing they require is that your site gets traffic within 14 days of you creating the account. Meaning you have 14 days to upload your site from the day you open an account with them.
To get started on traffic you can just submit your site to a few directories, use google sitemap etc. And feel free to come back here and post a link to your site in the comments.
Good luck.

@job0606 - depends what you need it for, 250MB is adequate for most users who're just starting out. Its free - so 250 isn't bad. If you need more then go with hostgator - its not a lot to pay for like 10gb with hg.

I found your site on technorati and read a few of your other posts. Keep up the good work. I just added your RSS feed to my Google News Reader. Looking forward to reading more from you down the road!
